However, an essential part of this journey involves exploring the parts of ourselves that we tend to overlook, ignore, or repress—our shadow. The shadow represents the hidden aspects of our personality that we might find uncomfortable, undesirable, or even shameful. Yet, bringing these aspects to light is crucial for achieving true self-awareness and personal growth. What Is the Shadow? The concept of the "shadow" was introduced by Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst.
