Identifying Your Shadow: How to Recognize and Understand Your Hidden Self

 The journey of self-discovery is often framed as a quest to cultivate our strengths, embrace our best qualities, and live authentically. However, an essential part of this journey involves exploring the parts of ourselves that we tend to overlook, ignore, or repress—our shadow. The shadow represents the hidden aspects of our personality that we might find uncomfortable, undesirable, or even shameful.
