Trusting in God's Plan: Finding Strength in God's Heavenly Purpose
In God's design of his heavenly purpose, there is a profound metaphor of truth, it is a feast not a famine. This school of thought is more than human sustenance, as it talks about the richness, abundance, and generosity which is a substantial part in the divine spiritual plan.
At the heart of the metaphor, is abundance. A feast suggests a lavish spread of delicacies, where God's purpose is overflowing blessings. This banquet is meant for every soul is invited to join, where there is no scarcity or lack, but rather the endless abundance of love, grace, and fulfillment.
Even more so, a feast suggests a celebration of life and joy. As it is a time of gathering, sharing, and rejoicing in the blessings that surround us in gratitude. Just as God's purpose is not about deprivation or sorrow but joyous communion with the divine and each other as humans.
In God's feast-like purpose, there is no room for famine. God provides in plentiful amounts with enough to satisfy every need and desire, which leads to the state of true spiritual nourishment and contentment.
When we understand God's purpose for a feast, then we can be reminded of the multitude of blessings available to us, the joyous celebration of our journey through life, and the total fulfillment found in communion with him and the holy spirit. This perspective shifts our focus from scarcity and darkness, to abundance, from fear to faith, and from famine to God's spiritual feast.
